DESCRIPTION:

Vetyvert Essential Oil has an earthy, woody smell. With its sedative properties, it is used as aromatherapy oil for its soothing and calming effect on the body. Vetyvert Oil is an effective essential oil for calming down the nervous system, irritability, dispels anger, hysteria and neurotic behavior. In a cream or lotion, it can be used toi moisture and nourish the skin and is specically beneficial for dry, irritated and dehydrated skin. It also helpful in reducing wrinkles and strech marks and to improve the tone of slack skin, as well as helping wounds to heal. Being an anti-inflammatory in nature, daily massaging with this oil also assists in alleviating symptoms associated with inflammation of joints.
