CREAM BASE

Description: Light cream base with a focus on hydration. It has a non-oily feel and can be used as a moisturizer or light serum type before applying anything heavier such as night cream or makeup.

Use: Can be customized further by adding up to 15% (volume percentage) of additional liquid ingredients. 

Main Ingredients: Water, Polyacrylamide (and) C13-14 Isoparaffin (and) Laureth-7, Caprylic/ Capric Triglycerides, Propylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol and Methylparaben and Ethylparaben and Propylparaben and Butylparaben
