REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Thank you for your shopping in our store. We hope you are enjoy with your purchase. Though, we want to inform you that goods sold are unrefundable and unreturnable. However, if there is mistake from our site, example; wrong item /quantity while acceptance, we will replace to you accordingly. Please refer below for more information on return and exchanges policy:

 

Replacement:

 

·         To replace an items, please email at sales@yklpersonalcare.com or call us at 04-398 9099 to inform your inquiry and send us the photo as prove.

 

·         After receiving notification for us, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your Delivery Order/Tax Invoice.

 

·         Please be noted, we will responsible for exchange shipping charges.

 

·         After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will proceed your exchange.

 

·         All item must be return within 30 days of receipts. All returned items must be in unused and original condition, original packaging and labelling.

 

·         We will notify you when the exchange has been proceed.
