Description:

Finsurf SMCT is an acyl methyl taurine based surfactant derived from coconuts. It offers excellent foaming and lathering properties, lubricity and mildness.  It shows high foaming ability in a wide pH range which is pH 7-8. This product is recommended to put into shampoos, body washes, face washes and hand washes.

Properties:

Cleansing surfactant, good degreasing but very mild, foam boosting. Best replacement for SLD (sodium lauryl sulfate). Hard water tolerant and stable over wide pH range. The foaming and lathering properties in hard or soft matter resemble those of soap in soft water.

Use:

It can be added to formulate as is recommended use level 1-50%. It can be used as co-surfactant with other surfactants (anionic or non-ionic). And it for external use only.

Application:

Shampoos, detergent bars, bubble bath, shower gels but also facial cleanser due to its mildness.
