DESCRIPTION:

FINAD CA is a naturally occurring acid in citrus fruits. It belongs to food grade and used in various application such as pH adjustment, flavour enhancement and bacterial inhabitant. FINAD CA appears as white crystalline granules and very soluble in water. It can be added into FINCON HPC to reduce the pH; for pH adjustment on the finished products, add it at the final stage of formulations.
