DESCRIPTION:

FINELL OPE is a water soluble derivative from olive oil which act as strong emollient and refattering agent for personal care products. It reduces the irritating action of the surfactant system, causes a thickening effect and endowed with a good solubilizing power. FINELL OPE remove make up in a mild way and gives nice after use feeling on the skin. It can act as co-emulsifier in creams and emulsions. FINELL OPE is 100% active substance with odorless, clear, pale yellow liquid. It is soluble in water, alcohol and major organic solvents. Add it into the aqueous phase at cold formulation.
