DESCRIPTION:

FINELL M is a petrochemical that serve as emollient and film forming to seal moisture into the skin. FINELL M is also used as ingredients in many hair care products because it locks in moisture, seals the hair cuticle and helps with detangling. It lubricates the hair for more manageability. FINELL M is clear colorless liquid and add it to the oil phase of the formulations.
