INCI NAME: Hydrogenated Polycyclopentadiene

Finfilm HPI is an oil soluble polymer that helps to enhance adhesion and substantively of the cosmetic formulation to the skin, lashes, hair or nail. It improves water-resistance, rub-resistance, and stability of the film, imparts gloss and helps suspend pigments. It has no odour and excellent colour stability which makes it an ideal substitute for rosins and their counterparts. It contained 70% active.

Recommended levels of uses in formulation are 5-20% actives.
